Full-Time Training & Recruitment Officer – Domiciliary Care
I am working on behalf of a very reputable domiciliary care provider that is looking for a Training & Recruitment Officer for their organisation.
A forward-thinking independent Home Care provider, dedicated to providing person-centred care services to older people, adults with physical, mental health needs and adults with learning disabilities. They are a friendly, passionate and continually evolving home care branch, who’s main purpose is to deliver high quality care to their clients.
You MUST have experience working within recruitment/Care Coordinator in domiciliary care.
You must have a professional training qualification, be authorised to Sign Care Certificates and have extensive experience of carrying our individual needs and risk assessments.
You will be a strong & experienced trainer and have a proven successful track record within care. You will have excellent leadership qualities, ability to be flexible and to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative.
A detailed knowledge of CQC’s 16 standards of care is essential as you will be helping employees in the organisation further enhance their understanding of these core areas which in turn will support the wider organisation maintain their excellent standards.
