Job Description

I am working on behalf of a highly reputable home care service provider that requires a new Registered Manager for their domiciliary branch in Leicestershire.

 

The Company:

They are a leading provider of private domiciliary services in the Norfolk area. This particular branch has been running for around for 3 years now and pride on delivering only the highest standards of care for their clients in their own homes. They are rated “Outstanding” with the CQC and have won numerous awards.

They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. A nationwide company they have a brilliant reputation as does this service. They are currently delivering around 1250 hours of fully private care per week, with aims to grow this.

 

The role:

As the Registered Manager you will be overseeing the day to day running of the service including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc.  You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branch’s services amongst other duties. Care experience is not entirely necessary, the client is looking for someone with strong managerial and leadership qualities that is looking for a new challenge!

 

The Person:

You will be a personable, positive and essentially strong branch manager or business manager and have a proven successful track record within management in any sector. If you have managed private care homes or run Live-in care services then you will be strongly considered! You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.

The Salary:

£40,000 to £45,000
