Job Description

Looking for a passionate nursing home manager to take over a large sized nursing home in Birmingham.

Looking for someone with relevant managerial experience, someone who has been registered to a home before and who has a good track record with CQC. You must be nurse qualified to be considered for this role. Looking for either an RGN/RMN who is up to date with their clinical knowledge. The ideal candidate would be a positive, forward-thinking manager, who knows how to motivate and run a team who deliver the highest standard of care possible.

You would be working for a reputable large sized care provider. The package being offered is extremely competitive and also completely negotiable depending on your experience and expectations.


Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:

  • Managingwork teams and nurses
    • Enforcing health and safety regulations
    • Hiring staff
    • Assessing 
    patient care systems
    • Ordering supplies and equipment for the home
    • Orientating
    • Meeting with patient families and friends


Home Manager Requirements:

  • Nurse Qualified (RGN/ RMN)
