Full-Time Registered Manager

Looking for a passionate care home manager to take over a medium sized residential home in Birmingham. This care home has been well run for the past few years, a great staff team, and they’re just looking for an experienced manager to come onboard to not only uphold their Good CQC report, but to also identify the needs of the home and raise the standards.
Looking for someone with relevant managerial experience, preferably someone who has been registered to a home before and who has a good track record with CQC. The ideal candidate would be a positive, forward-thinking manager, who knows how to motivate and run a team who deliver the highest standard of care possible.
You would be working for a reputable large sized care provider, in a lovely home that has just undergone a full refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
Managingwork teams and nurses
• Enforcing health and safety regulations
• Hiring staff
• Assessing patient care systems
• Ordering supplies and equipment for the home
• Orientating staff
• Meeting with patient families and friends
Home Manager Requirements:
- Relevant care home manager experience
