Job Description

I am working on behalf of a very reputable Elderly Service provider that requires a Registered Manager to take registration of their Hereford branch and to assist with the growth of their first branch in Wales.

The Company:
The branch aims to provide a tailor made package of care and support that contributes to the overall health and well-being of its clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. The Branch works in partnership with other services and health professionals, to support their clients in maximising their full potential by promoting independence and, wherever possible, participation within their local community.
They are a franchise organisation who are continuing to expand, now in Wales not only in England!

The Branch/The role:
This particular branch is company owned and needs an experienced Registered Manager to take it to the next level. The Registered Manager will look to grow and develop the business, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills, will need to be able to build relationships within the local community, establish key contacts within the care sector. You will be responsible for marketing the company and service to the private market. The branch is currently providing 500 hours of care per week and is looking to continue to grow this. You will be building a strong team of carers and a strong office-based support team around you. You will have to abide by all CQC regulations and keep standards high at all times.  In addition, you will be leading the growth of the first branch in Wales which will also be company owned.

The Person:
You will be a strong manager and it would be hugely beneficial to have experience with CIW. You will have excellent leadership qualities and a desire to work to high standards. You will have proven experience of growing a branch and preferably setting a branch up yourself from scratch. You will be results and target driven and be motivated by an end of year bonus.

The Salary:
£28k to £36K + generous benefits!
