Job Description

I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their branch in the Oxford area.


The Company:

The client is a fantastic domiciliary company and is continuously growing. The client is an established company with 25+ branches nationwide. They are currently leading the field with their brilliant customer service and they believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs.


The Branch/The role:

This is a branch which has come out of its early stages and is now looking to kick on and grow. They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care. They currently provide 200 hours of care per week and are rated ‘GOOD’ across the board with CQC. The role you will be Registered Branch Manager with the assistance and support from Director’s meaning you can get stuck in. You will be responsible for managing the day to day duties of the branch including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc.  This role is a full-time role.


The Person:

You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector.  You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the branch to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.

The Salary:

Up to £35K + bonuses!
