I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires An Operations Director based in the Liverpool and surrounding areas

 

Company Description

The organisation offers a wide range of health and social services across the North West of England, including Enhanced Home Care, reablement services, and End of Life Care.

The Company:

The clients aim is to deliver the highest possible standard of care and first-class customer service in both our homecare services and reablement services.

The clients are experts in the Homecare field and understand that admitting or realising you may need help or support with day-to-day life can be huge and sometimes life changing decision. As a Homecare provider, the client take pride in their work and have huge respect for their careers and the work they do.

The Client are looking to expand their services in the surrounding areas, they are looking for someone to maintain the consistency of this throughout the expansion.

The organisation is also going through a operational turnaround which you be a huge part of.

 

The Person:

You will have sound knowledge of the domiciliary care sector and as a strong Operations Manager/Director, having experience in operational management would be extremely desirable. Failing that, if you have a lot of all-round in-depth domiciliary management experience, you will be considered for the role. Your role will primarily focus upon managing the service within the company ensuring you drive the business forward by increasing the volume of work at each site.

You will have excellent organisational skills, be financially aware, self-motivated and computer literate. You will be able to motivate staff and build good relationships with all stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Directors and other members of the management team.  Information and guidance will be readily available; however, you will be expected to work autonomously in relation to the day-to-day management of branches.
