Job Description

Looking for a strong manager to lead a 40 bedded nursing home situated in Rugby. This particular home is with a reputable company that is expanding, there is currently 6 homes in the group that are all within the West Midlands. Preferably someone who has excellent clinical knowledge and possibly some turnaround work, or just a good track record with CQC. Looking for a manager who is passionate about maintaining the highest standard of care possible within their home.

  • Assessingpatient care systems
  • Orderingsupplies and equipment for the home

  • Meetingwith patient families and friends

 

Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

  • Nurse qualified
  • Managerial experience
