I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager based in Birmingham with an active NMC PIN.
This company is medium to large Nursing with an open-door policy.
Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Overall day to day running of the care home.
- Ensuring the highest standard of care
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Implementing Electric care plans
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
- Level 5 NVQ
- Experience in Dementia care
- Active NMC PIN.
- A clear understanding of CQC audits
- Experiences with Electric care plans and training up staff.
- Strong Leadership skills on a personal and professional bases
- Good time and Organisation management.
