Full-Time Domiciliary Registered Branch Manager
I am working on behalf of a reputable home care service provider that requires an experienced branch manager to oversee a branch in the Dunstable, Bedfordshire.
This company is a highly reputable and successful nationwide domiciliary care provider who are continuing to grow across the UK. We have worked in partnership with the organisation for a number of years now and have developed a brilliant relationship with them.
This particular branch is a service based in the Dunstable, Bedfordshire. They are a new start up service meaning it is a fantastic opportunity to make your own stamp on things. You will be responsible for establishing the branch within the local area, marketing the service and bringing on new contracts both in the private market and also through contact with Local Authorities & Social Services. You will also be required to interview, recruit and maintain good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties.
This role is a full-time role, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work around these hours. You will also be required to liaise with service users and professional parties out in the field giving you a good balance of management both in and out of the branch.
You will be a personable, positive and essentially strong registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care, as you will be required to hit the ground running. You will have an excellent understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively maintain or even better Good CQC scores across the board. You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area. NVQ level 4 or 5 would be highly desirable or at least working towards this is essential.
