The Company:

I am working on behalf of a very well established and reputable domiciliary care service provider that requires a strong and experienced Registered Branch Manager to oversee the effective growth of their service in Fraserburgh in Aberdeenshire.

 

The role:

You will be based in their establish Fraserburgh branch in Aberdeenshire and oversee the management of 6 office staff, approx. 30 carers in the field and delivering 2500 hours / week.

You will be accountable for maintaining quality of service and ensuring the highest quality of care to their clients.

 

The Person:

You will have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care with positive compliance history with The Care Inspectorate. You will be required to hit the ground running and possess strong strategic leadership skills.

You will also have the ability to take the company to the next level and have a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
NVQ level 5 or equivalent is desirable but not essential as but relevant experience in domiciliary care is essential.

The Salary:

Up to £33,000 + Bonuses & Excellent Benefits
