I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care service provider that requires a strong and experienced Registered Branch Manager to oversee the effective growth of their new service in Crewe.
They pride themselves in being able to offer individually tailored care packages to meet the needs of their clients. They offer a professional, reliable and flexible service whilst respecting the privacy, dignity, independence and choice of their customers.
This role is an excellent opportunity to put your stamp on an established service. The remit for this position is quite large, having won contracts both with Cheshire East and also Cheshire West.
Overall, they are covering around 1000 hours / week across all sites.
You will be based in their Crewe branch and there will be a requirement to effectively grow the service with quality care. This office is currently running at 200 hours / week, the remainder is all private contracts with Cheshire West. You will be required to effectively manage 5-6 office staff, approx. 30-40 carers in the field and overseeing the effective delivery of 1000 combined hours/week. There will be a requirement to help out with on-call duties, but only on a needs must basis in emergencies.
You will be a personable but assertive character, who is positive with a hunger for business growth and an essentially strong registered branch manager with a proven successful track record within domiciliary care and experience of good team management. You will have a thorough understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively maintain Good CQC scores across the board and have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures.
You will have the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
NVQ level 5 or equivalent is highly desirable or at least working towards this.
