Full-Time Deputy Manager (Learning Disabilities/Autism)

Domus are currently working with a highly reputable London based provider to recruit for a Service Coordinator to oversee two of their supported living services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 12-15 staff across two sites, reporting into the Registered Manager. The services are currently rated ‘Good’ with CQC and provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
The role would be best suited for a lively, enthusiastic and creative care professionals who are currently at Deputy Manager level or looking to step into a Deputy position.
They are paying £23,000 – £26,000 dependent on experience and are looking to have someone in place by January 2019.
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally be a driver due to the multi-site nature of the role.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience working with adults with learning disabilities & autism, ideally as a Deputy Manager
- Have experience working in supported living services previously. (Candidates from a residential background will also be considered).
- Be lively, enthusiastic and creative.
