Job Description

Looking for a strong registered manager to lead a Brand new 90 bedded nursing home situated in Dudley. The home is modern and filled with the latest equipment and facilities.

This particular home is with a reputable company that is expanding, there is currently 3 homes in the group that are within the West Midlands.

Looking for someone who: has excellent clinical knowledge and possibly some Commissioning/ turnaround work, or just a good track record with CQC. Is passionate about maintaining the highest standard of care possible within the home. Energetic and eager to perform the role to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing home manager:

  • Conductingdaily handover meetings
  • Managingwork teams and nurse
  • Enforcinghealth and safety regulations
  • The recruitment of an efficient staff team
  • Raising occupancy and interest to the home
  • Assessingpatient care systems
  • Orderingsupplies and equipment for the home
  • Orientatingstaff
  • Meetingwith patient families and friends

 

Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

  • Nurse qualified
  • Managerial experience
