I am seeking a Care Home Manager based in the west midlands for a small residential care home with an extremely supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
- Overall day to day running of the Residential Home.
- Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members
- Maintaining and keeping occupancy high.
- To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- Maintaining a good relationship with the council.
- Promote a caring environment for residents and staff members.
Home Manager Requirements:
- Level 5 NVQ
- Hands on with good communication skills
- Experience as a Home Manager is desirable (would consider a Deputy Manager step up)
- A clear understanding of CQC audits
- Good time and Organisation management.

- Salary paying: £32K.
