Full-Time Care Coordinator
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Care Coordinator for their homecare service in Tunbridge Wells.
This Client delivers bespoke homecare across England and Wales. The client is an established company that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes within the private sector. With over 100 Branches nationwide, they are independently owned with a family run feel. They offer personal care and assist with medication to domestic assistance and social care. They really do look after their employees, offering on-going training and opportunities for career progression, annual salary reviews.
The Branch/The role:
This branch is one of their services in the Tunbridge Wells and provides roughly around 300 hours of care p/week. The branch is relatively new and is yet to be inspected. You will be responsible to ensure that all customers and carers receive a good quality service within the specified timescale. To communicate perm calls and variations to carers. Ensure excellent working relationships with professionals, customers and the next of kin. Completing direct observations for your carer team and reassessments for your customers, along with taking responsibility for training and mentoring new candidates. This role will involve working on-call 1 weekend in 4 with additional payment provided.
You must have direct experience of planning care visits for customers. You will need to be confident with IT solutions and have an excellent track record in punctuality and attendance. Be flexible for the needs of the business and work effectively with team members and on their own. They must be self-motivated and be passionate about the care sector, customer and carers. They must have a positive mental attitude and desire to learn more about the care sector. They must be confident in delivering all aspects of care including assessments.
£24,000 + generous benefits!
