I am proud to be working with a well-established Domiciliary Care provider in Norwich. This provider is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a Business Development Manager. The main aim of this role is to improve the company’s existing services and to open the doors to providing more services across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

• £50,000-£65,000

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s reach in the areas of Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex
• Identify and pursue opportunities to establish new partnerships and collaborations with healthcare professionals, local commissioners and other stakeholders
• Stay up to date with all relevant regulations and compliance requirements
• Ensure that business practices align with company policies and report into the Area Manager to address any issues
• Provide a consultative approach to support Registered Managers within the company
Business Development Manager Requirements:
• Must have a proven track record of growing and supporting services within a Care setting
• Must have achieved a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care
• Must be able to travel across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex (travel to Essex is in the future)
